Screen Printing is done by printing ink through a fine mesh screen onto a substrate. There are three key components in the process: Art, Screens and the Print. Each component is equally important. If one portion is not up to par, the whole project will suffer.
The process begins in the art room. You send us your idea, and we make it a reality. Once the customer has approved their art on a mock up, the design is then broken down into separate colors. Once separated, the design is then burned to a screen via our exposure unit.
The quality of the screen plays a very large role in the outcome of the print. After the screen is made, it’s time to print. We felt we owed it to our customers to use the very best the industry has to offer.
Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process by which decorative needlework is sewn directly onto a garment. This process is increasingly popular because of its professional appearance and virtually indestructible durability. It is now the application choice for most sport shirts, caps, bags, and outerwear. We have a talented in-house digitizing department that allows us to maintain high quality standards and reduce the lead time on orders. Our embroidery department can sew up to 9 colors per item and currently has 22 heads of embroidery capacity with multiple shifts when necessary for larger runs.

With the purchase of The PrismJET VJ48 large format printer and Cutter we are capable of printing on a wide variety of media including: Adhesive or Non-Adhesive Backed Vinyl for Signs, Cloth for Fabric Sampling, Canvas for Fine Art Reproduction, Gloss or Satin Photographic Paper, Backlit Fill, Banners and Clear Cling. Outdoor Durable— Eco-Solvent Ultra Inks give you up to 3 years outdoors, unlaminated, depending on environmental factors and mounting—or up to 5 years laminated. Digital Wave Printing enriches colors making even the black ink darker and the reds brighter than ever.

Much of our work involves graphic images that are pre-established by the customer. We routinely manipulate customer-supplied art in order to best suit the intended medium.
